Go to your My Meetings page and press the "Schedule" button then choose "Webinar".

 

Fill in the areas required, title, time, etc… and choose This is a recurring event:



You can choose Daily, Weekly or Monthly and schedule accordingly:



Once you have completed this and click Schedule, you will be taken to the meeting details page where you can make changes if you like such as editing your title or adding a Registration Page.
